ADDIE and ASSURE models

We recognize that there is no one solution that fits all. If there were, everyone would be successful and no special training would ever be needed. Unfortunately, this is not the case and each situation is different and unique as well as each goal for each project could be totally different.

Utilizing either the ADDIE or ASSURE model along with other theories, we can always find a way of:

Finding out if training is actually needed
Analyzing what exactly is needed for the particular challenge
Working with the SME's and all those involved for the best possible option.
Creating a well-designed plan for training if one is needed.
